A JOURNEY

Our most important premise is that we understand that talent development is a journey and not a magic pill of theory that can be explained in a few hours or a few days. That is why the Fire Artist Development Program is an ongoing process.

The program runs yearly where the artist will have a monthly training & development workshop with different experts.  This ensures us, and the artist, that there is a personal assessment and follow-up throughout their training and a path into professionalism.

TIERS

Each artist will be given a personal assessment to determine their current level of skill and necessary training. It also allows us to have a clearer understanding of how to help that artist in their development and which aspects they need assistance with.

The program is built into tiers to determine the skill and development level of each artist individually. This helps us assure that each artist has a proper training and guidance based on where they are with their skills and their development journey.

Artists may advance to higher tiers of training and development depending on their increase in skills and achievements accomplished throughout the year.

Short answer is: Yes

This has been an important aspect for us when creating the program. In order to provide you with the top quality resources, space, services and experienced industry mentors to guide you in this journey, we need to book them. Our goal is to give artists the adequate training and exposure to great industry professionals in each instance of the 12 month program. However, by doing it through our network, the cost of bringing these opportunities to you are significantly cheaper than if you wanted to get access to these services and professionals all on your own. You save tenths of thousands of dollars… literally! 

Make no mistake: when a record label signs you and invests into your development, you still get charged. The difference is that they collect at the end through ‘recoverable investment’, where the bill is immensely higher and you have no control as to what gets spent on.

 We offer different levels of service depending on the level of involvement and training you want. This way you have total control and it’s YOU who is in charge of your career’s future! This makes complete sense to us as a complete way to help unsigned artists access that development at a fraction of a price and get the results they need. Anyone can apply for The Fire Artist Development Program. However, we reserve the right of admission for our Starter and Full program as we have a limited enrolment policy to ensure the exclusively personalised mentorship that our program provides.  

If you choose to apply for our Development Program today, you will be redirected to sign our Application Form and make your first subscription transaction to secure your spot. This application will be reviewed in the next 5 days by our team.

If your application is successful, we will send you a private invitation to audition and assess your level of skill to begin creating your development strategy.   

If your application is rejected, we will issue you a refund for your first deposit and give you some advice on things to improve. You can always re-apply after 6 months if you’ve improved in the areas we advised. 

SKILL-LEVEL AUDITIONS :

Auditions are held privately for each city. If your application is accepted you will receive your exclusive audition date, time and location via email. 

Age Restrictions: You must be 12 years old or above to apply. Some exceptions can be made for younger applicants upon request.
