Development Program

TALENT INCUBATOR
Our FIRE ARTIST DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is a complete 52-week talent incubator, designed to take young emerging artists through the same process of development a record label would.

We believe development is not a quick solution but needs face-to-face support and follow up. The artists in the program learn to improve their musicianship, performance, songwriting skills, get more gigs, perform at music conferences and festivals, land collaborations, build their professional network, and get partners’ interest such as management and labels.

Our Masterplan Accelerator is a 10-week intensive artist-management coaching program where we will review your entire strategy and help you put together an action plan to execute.
