WHAT IS THE F.A.D.P.?

The Fire Artist Development Program (F.A.D.P.) is a one of a kind opportunity for aspiring artists to find guidance and develop their skills with professionals that understand the industry and can help them be ready for a career in the entertainment business.

This is a complete 52-week talent incubator, designed to take young emerging artists through the same process of development a record label would.

We believe development is not a quick solution but needs face-to-face support and follow up. The artists in the program learn to improve their musicianship, performance, songwriting skills, get more gigs, perform at music conferences and festivals, land collaborations, build their professional network, and get partners’ interest such as management and labels.

The Dilemma

STARTING A CAREER IN MUSIC WITH THE RIGHT FOOT FORWARD IS NEVER EASY!

Where to start

Other than your music classes, local talent competitions or reality tv shows, there really isn’t a clear pathway for young starting artists to begin their careers. Where do I go if I want to turn this hobby into a profession?

Who to work with

Choosing which music professionals to work with is no different than choosing a medical specialist, “you don’t go to a brain surgeon to fix your knee”. Not anyone will do, so how do you choose the right specialists to work with when it comes to the different areas of your music career?

MORE THAN JUST TALENT

Talent in itself won’t do. Competition is fierce and only the artists who develop a powerful brand and mastery of their skills make it to the top. How do you put your talent to the test and make sure you learn all the other skills you’ll need to succeed?

Mistakes are expensive

Artists tend to rush into production and releasing music before they have even had a chance to figure out their style, develop a brand and nail their unique market proposition. And so, they end up wasting tens of thousands of dollars on “trial and error” trying to figure out what to do next.
